Mind Insurance is a co-development project between Omnyfy and our partners b-Digital. b-Digital delivered a superb brand and customer experience with a focus on mobile devices and an interface that was tuned to touch. Omnyfy was tasked with bringing this experience to life with an end-to-end custom build of the Happiness Lab.
Mind Insurance founder, Mel Neil had a desire to expand her business offering by giving people an opportunity to learn about happiness through an engaging and inspiring experience which would keep them coming back to learn more. The Happiness Lab is a subscription based service that unlocks the science of human flourishing through empirical, scientific processes. Users simply complete a suite of question and answer based worksheets or activities and receive feedback on their current state of happiness and the tools to help improve it. The application is based on a freemeium model and required multiple subscription levels and plans.
What we delivered
Omnyfy delivered a beautiful SaaS application that brought to life the design and user experience envisaged by b-Digital. Coupling a custom .Net application with a Content Management driven platform, the entire application can be managed by administrators with full control over content, questions, answers types, responses, weights etc.
The application is also extensively customisable with the ability to relatively easily add new activities and questionnaires utilising a suite of form builder tools.
Happiness Lab also includes an enterprise account feature where users can be linked to a company account, with a dedicated enterprise interface that provides information on the statuses of each user, their level of completion of the activities etc. The application is integrated with a subscription driven payment gateway system and handles all aspects of recurring billing, invoicing etc.
Happiness Lab’s interface is completely adaptive and transforms based on the device type.
